Once the Receiver has received your
completed confidentiality agreement, you will be able to make a
request for information needed to complete your due diligence on the
potential purchase of an insurer in receivership.

Once you have compiled the list of
information that you would like to review, please mail or fax the

Once the Receiver receives your request,
someone will contact you to coordinate responding to the request and
to possibly set up times for you or your representative(s) to come
to the Receiver’s office or a company’s offices to review
information.
