TRANSCRIPTS AND CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENTS

Transcripts/ Certificates:  The various certificates you receive from the Florida State Fire College and the Bureau of Fire Standards and Training are important documents. These are your proof of eligibility for certification testing and/or transfer of credit into your degree program. Please safeguard these documents by putting them in a secure place, as it is your responsibility to produce appropriate documentation when required. While transcripts, duplicate certificates and diplomas are available, the time it takes to process such requests could keep you from meeting an important deadline for certification and promotional testing.

*NOTE * Transcript / Certificate Replacement Request Form is in a PDF PDF file which requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plugin.  This Plugin may be downloaded from Adobe.com.  This form may be FAXed or mailed.

REQUESTING FIELD PROGRAM DELIVERIES

As a statewide institution, the Fire College's "school district" runs from Pensacola to Key West. As much as possible, FSFC endeavors to supplement local training activities with courses and seminars brought to your area from the main campus in Ocala. If your agency desires FSFC to teach a program in your area, follow these steps:

  1. Check with your local community college or vocational-technical center for course, as we will not come into an area to duplicate or compete with existing local programs. If the local training institutions do not offer the program or are unable to meet your needs in terms of delivery date or location, state so in writing and FSFC will consider presenting the requested program.

  2. Send a letter of request specifying the program desired, copy of the local institution's reply, a guaranteed number of students, and a list of at least three preferred dates to:
