Disputed Reimbursement Rules and Forms
The Medical Services Unit is pleased to announce the adoption
of the Disputed Reimbursement Rule, 59A-31, F.A.C. The Disputed
Reimbursement Rule became effective November 28, 2006. The rule
requires specific forms and documentation to be submitted to the
Medical Services Unit in order to petition for resolution of a
reimbursement dispute.
