Compensation will hold a series of informational town hall
meetings. The purpose of these meetings will be to provide
employers and employees with an update on the Florida workers'
compensation system, including information about their
obligations under Florida law, and tips for detecting and
reporting workers' compensation fraud.

- For the third consecutive year, the Florida Office of
Insurance Regulation (Office) has received a workers’
compensation rate filing from the National Council on
Compensation Insurance, Inc. (NCCI) asking for a rate decrease.

to this reimbursement manual is to incorporate the 2005 Medicare
values into Part B and Part C of the manual.

Billing, Filing and Reporting Rule (Draft – 5/26/05) – If
requested in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice,
a hearing will be held on July 11, 2005, 9:00, Room 104J,
