Annual Report of Trust Funds,
pursuant to Section 17.32, Florida Statutes
Pursuant to Section 17.32, Florida Statutes,
The Chief Financial Officer shall compile an Annual Report of Trust
Funds and present it to the President of the Senate and the Speaker
of the House, by February 1 of each year.

Report of Trust Funds, pursuant
to Section 215.3206(3), Florida Statutes
Pursuant to Section 215.3206(3), Florida
Statutes, the Chief Financial Officer is required to compile a list
of trust funds scheduled to terminate within the next twelve months
and a list of trust funds exempt from automatic termination.
The two lists shall be presented as a Report of Trust Funds to the
Office of the Governor, President of the Senate and the Speaker of
the House, by September 1 of each year.
