SERVICE CHARGES TO GENERAL REVENUE
The agencies are
required by Florida Statutes 215.20 to transfer an administrative fee to the
General Revenue Fund each quarter. The Department of Financial
Services monitors the payments of these fees. Trust fund revenues are
reviewed for any exceptions to this requirement. Trust Funds are also
reviewed for the exemption to the statutory requirements. Questions
