Equipment Leases
In accordance with the provisions of
Chapter 287.063(2), Florida Statues, the policy of the Department of
Financial Services regarding equipment leases has been to require agencies to
obtain approval before leasing equipment for leases that have an annual cost
anticipated to exceed the purchasing Category Two threshold (see
Section 287.017, Florida Statues). Please see
