COMPTROLLER'S MEMORANDUM NO. 12 (1995-96)

SUBJECT: DISSEMINATION OF COMPTROLLER'S MEMORANDA BY ELECTRONIC MEDIA

Beginning January 15, 1996, we plan to disseminate Comptroller's Memoranda by electronic media, using facsimile transmission and/or Statewide E-Mail administered by the TRC, Department of Management Services. At that time, dissemination in paper form will be discontinued. In the future, we may disseminate the Memoranda via Internet.

We recently requested facsimile numbers from current recipients, but received only a small number of responses. Additionally, we did not receive complete information from some recipients. We request that all current recipients of Comptroller's Memoranda who wish to continue to receive the Memoranda provide us the following information:

Internet Address
Telephone Number; Local and Suncom
