I am inputting a FLAIR transaction and getting an error message of: 2040 NAT1143 - Input does not correspond to Input Edit Mask.
This usually occurs when the date input does not correspond to the new formatted date field that has been changed for compliance with year 2000. Try using a 4 character year instead of a 2 character year, (i.e., use 1999 instead of 99).
I am inputting a FLAIR transaction and getting and error message: AFHTP4103 - Attempting to purge, copy or chain, but no pages are currently connected to this terminal. What does this mean?
This error usually occurs when you input a 'C' followed by a '/' slash, i.e., (C/). The system considers these as special characters. Therefore, put a space before and after the slash or delete the slash mark entirely to process the transaction.
What do I do if I cannot access FLAIR thru my terminal?
Today, most of our users get to FLAIR through another data center. First, contact your MIS/Computer Resource Help Desk to determine that the problem is not with your data center. If your data center does not have a problem, your computer help desk can make 3 way call to the DIS Help Desk to correct the problem while you are still on the telephone.
Is there a class available for Natural Programming?
We do not offer a programming course with a classroom instructor. In the past, we did offer an online tutorial called Natural Elite. This option is no longer available. We are currently searching and reviewing vendors software that will meet our needs. We will inform the FLAIR Community if and when a product is selected.
Are the file layouts available on the WEB?
We have all file layouts on the WEB at address:

We have all the RDS reports available from the Comptroller on the internet. Those listed include Central, Departmental and Payroll reports.. The address to this information is: http://www.dbf.state.fl.us/samas/RDSindex.html
I restored a report in RDS but it is still in an "archive" status. Why?
The RDS archive process runs every 15 minutes. Often there are times that several reports or large reports are being restored in the same restore process with your restore request. Most reports should be restored from ARCHIVE status within 2 hours.
