Timely Submitted DWC-1 – First Report of Injury or Illness to
the Division
Statute 440.185(2), F.S. requires the carrier to file the DWC-1 as
prescribed by rule. Administrative Rule 69L-3.0045, F.A.C., defines
the filing time frames for the First Report of Injury or Illness
(DWC-1) with the Division.
