Permanent Total Supplemental Benefits Paid by the Department
Permanent Total Supplemental Benefits, Recipients vs. Annual
Payments

For dates of accident that occurred subsequent to June 30, 1955,
and before July 1, 1984, the Department shall pay the payment of
supplemental benefits out of the Workers’ Compensation
Administration Trust Fund. Statute 440.15(1), F.S. requires the
annual increase in the payment of supplemental benefits.
Administrative Rule 69L-3.0194 and 69L-3.0195, F.A.C., defines the
payment of supplemental benefits to the injured worker based on the
year of the accident.
