MILTON - A Milton man was arrested today for setting his Admirals Road home on fire earlier this month.

Mark Stuart Meharg, 41, of 5796 Admirals Road, is charged with arson. Investigators with the Division of State Fire Marshal, Bureau of Fire and Arson Investigations, booked Meharg into the Santa Rosa County Jail.

Investigators said Meharg set the fire in the master bedroom closet during an argument on May 6. Damage to the home was estimated at $2,000. No one was injured.
