TALLAHASSEE– Florida CFO Alex Sink today released the following statement in observance of Yom Kippur:
“Tonight marks the beginning of the holiest day of the Jewish year, Yom Kippur. It is the Day of Atonement marked by fasting, prayer and reflection. I extend my best wishes to all of Florida’s Jewish families as they observe this solemn and sacred holiday.”
