On the federal level, the Division partners with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Services, the Social Security Administration, and the Department of Health and Human Services to help monitor and regulate fraud within our public assistance programs.

  • Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Working Group - Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law is intended to hold down medical expenses for minor injuries sustained in a motor vehicle crash without regard to fault. Fraud has permeated this coverage and threatens its usefulness.
